Really good food and coffee. Fast service. Kind of a hole in the wall place but was very busy and handled the lunch rush well. Order at the counter and wait for them to let you know when food was ready and you come back to get it.
Hidden gem for quick breakfast or lunch. Extensive menu. Made fresh to order. Great selection of drinks and snacks too. Sit down or takeout. Always clean.

Quick, reasonably priced, local spot. Not fancy, but my BLT was excellent. And my husband said his Roast Beef was pretty good too. And for $18, we got two decent sized deli sandwiches with drinks -- pretty reasonable! There was also a pretty steady flow of customers in and out the *entire* time we sat there (about 20mins). That says that local folks know "the spot".
We’ve been going here for years, service is fantastic, feels like family, the ladies always remember us! Food is fresh and piping HOT! They are good and consistent. Recommend!

- Grilled Ham & Cheese Sammie ✅ - Roast beef sub ✅ I literally have nothing negative to say about this place. Lady behind the counter was sweet, food was done exceptionally fast (even with a large lunch crowd ahead of us), food was very tasty, everything was fresh and the prices are like stepping back into 2015 👌 For 2 sandwiches with fries, 2 cokes and a big cup of fresh cut watermelon, we only paid around $30.
Ordered breakfast there for myself and others. Everyone enjoyed the food. It was cooked to perfection and I highly recommend the breakfast potatoes. 5 stars!
The Gateway Cafe. Honestly one of the best hidden gems of Clarksburg, Maryland. I ordered the Pancake Deluxe Platter ($12.49) and the price was reasonable, the pancakes were phenomenal, eggs were well cooked and seasoned as well as the bacon. And the potato was cooked well and salted. The service was great as well! Staff were extremely nice, and the food wait time was only about 6-7 minutes. The interior is also beautifully decorated/designed and it had pleasent customers as well! Great selection of songs over the speakers as well. Although, confused on why they had they charging ports sealed when it's a hidden restaurant and not expectant of loiters. Will 100% recommend this restaurant to all and all of Clarksburg residents!
